Our Facilities

SURFACE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, INC. corporate facility is located at 420 Buckbee St just Northwest of Chicago, IL. Our building is in Rockford, just minutes from I-90 and I-39, which enables us to easily travel all over Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin servicing our commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. It is here that we house our truck fleet, equipment (power washers, scissor lifts, paint sprayers, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, paint booths, blast booths, etc.), and all other paint and cleaning supplies.

In our 16,000 sq. ft. building, we inventory more sundries than most regular-size paint stores, including paintbrushes, roller sleeves, masking tape, duct tape, plastic, spray tips, chemicals, paint thinners, etc. When our cleaners/painters arrive at your facility, they come with everything required to complete a professional preparation, cleaning, and/or painting project. The cleaners/painters will not waste your time by taking any unnecessary trips to the hardware or paint stores.
